I was unfortunately disappointed. Bagels are so so, better than Noah's, but should it really take 15 minutes to make a bagel with cream cheese, especially when there is only one other person in line? I DON'T THINK SO! These Bagel shops used to be great, about 10 years ago. I still crave the morning Bagel before a trip up to the Ski Resort, but now everytime i return to Salt Lake i usually end up disappointed about my trip to Einstein Bro's

Very messy. 6 "workers" behind the counter. Not one could wipe a table. Complete pig pen. I took my order to go and later found it was all wrong. #incompetence #embarrassment

Einstein bagels (well, not bagels, but bagel-like bread products) are always a disappointment, but this particular store, and these particular bagel-like bread products were particularly disappointing. My breakfast sandwich was fine, but my wife ordered an everything bagelthin with cream cheese, toasted. There was one bagelthin in the bin. When my wife got her bagel, it was cold. After we've eaten, we discover that there's still one in the bin. Did they really already have a bagelthin cut and toasted, and then serve it as fresh? Yeesh.

Question: Why do you offer catering if it's not in your scope of capability? I called in a catering order for 24 bagel sandwiches and a bagel box 24 hours in advance for a work breakfast. I wanted the order ready by 7:45 but ended up showing up 15 minutes early at 7:30. To my surprise, they had not even started the order yet! They gave some LAME excuse that they had multiple catering orders prior and were busy helping store customers. Lady, I don't care about your other catering orders, I gave you 24 hour notice! They immediately started running around frantic trying to get the order ready which was pretty funny to watch. We waited 30 MINUTES to get our order! This place cannot handle catering and is poorly managed. I will NEVER order catering from this location again.

I've tried this location several times because it is close to work. I've not been impressed. The store has been consistently dirty even with the "general manager" there. Employees are inconsistent with customer service and I've overheard personal conversations that really should of been done in private. The bagels are pretty good but the coffee is horrible. Location in Taylorsville is much better.

This location of the large bagel chain is located in Brickyard Plaza near Harmon's grocery store. They have tasty bagels and other creations based on bagels and of course coffee. They are open early in the morning if you are one of those kind of people. Immediately next door is Jamba Juice. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The bagels taste fresh and the spreads are good. They have a varied selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads they call shmears. Their web site is slow and annoying, and doesn't work on mobile devices like an iPhone because it requires Flash.

We are new to SLC, and were struggling to find a place that was open for lunch on Sunday. This was! My wife was not happy when they refused to make a Lighter Side Lunch veg sandwich. She landed up having a thin bagel veg Signature Sandwich, the only veg item on the menu! They forgot to ask her if she wanted it toasted, so she was more disappointed! I had a Blueberry toasted sandwich. The cashier was nice enough to bring our sandwiches out to the patio. Overall the sandwiches were good. The staff tried hard but hid behind "Corporate won't let us do it" rules and missed an opportunity to make a customer happy!

I love their vanilla hazelnut coffee, which is the only reason i stand in line & tolerate their poor customer service there. The employees are slow, they ignore people standing in line, and are not very friendly once they finally decide to help you.
